DESCRIPTION:Halloween morning = costumes\, a workout\, and PUMPKINS\\\n\n \n\nJoin us at B3 Gym on Saturday\, October 31st at 9:00 AM for our Halloween Workout! We're opening this one up to the entire Gainesville community\, so grab a friend and come join us.\n\n \n\nThe twist? Your pumpkin is your weight for the workout!\n\n \n\nBring your own pumpkin and choose wisely\, because you'll be carrying\, lifting\, and moving it throughout the workout. No mini pumpkins allowed!\n\n \n\nCostumes or festive Halloween gear are HIGHLY encouraged. Just make sure you can actually work out in it!\n\n\n\nThe workout will be beginner-friendly and scalable for all fitness levels\, so you do NOT need CrossFit experience to participate. Our coaches will walk you through everything and help you modify movements as needed.\n\n \n\nBring a friend\, bring a pumpkin\, and come start your Halloween with us!
