Job Description
SALARY: $52,894.40 Annually

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Effective immediately all new hires will be required to be Covid 19 vaccinated.  An offer of employment is contingent on proof of vaccination. Exemptions may be requested for 1) ADA disability, 2) Certified Medical Diagnosis 3) “Sincerely held religious belief”.

Bachelor's degree in organization development, business or public administration, communication, or a related field and three (3) years of experience working in employee training or adult learning which includes experience in program design and delivery of eLearning platforms and solutions or any equivalent combination of related training and experience.  Successful completion of a criminal history background investigation is required prior to employment.   Applicants within six months of meeting the education/experience requirement may be considered for trainee status. Experience in design and delivery of instructor-led training programs and Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) desirable.
