Job Description


  • Anticipate customer and administrative needs and deliver high level of service to all customers including  OEM’s distributors,  and internal customers.
  • Process customer orders, product returns, customer complaints and intercompany transactions.
  • Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services.
  • Provide holiday on-call coverage.
  • Route customer product and billing complaints to the appropriate individual 
  • Gather customer information and maintain account records.
  • Use  phones, personal computers, and manage multiple shared inbox groups.
  • Ensure all OSHA, state and federal regulatory guidelines are met as related to handling of human tissue.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED AND/OR PREFERRED: (list required and preferred separately) 

  • High School diploma required.
  • College experience, bachelor degree preferred.
  • Customer Service/Administrative Support experience preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: (list required and preferred separately)

  • Computer proficient in MS Word and MS Excel computer programs. 
  • Prior experience using SAP
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks. Must be organized and have time management skills. Able to work independently and as integral part of team.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate resolution.
