Join the 4 Rivers Family! Based out of Central Florida, we are an award-winning family-oriented Smokehouse that continues to expand and grow. We specialize in 18-hour Smoked Angus Brisket and savory homemade southern style sides, with influences from barbecue all over the country.

At 4Rivers, we are guest focused and the Front of House represents the positions that directly impacting the guest experience. These positions can be:

  • Front Line, which include: cashier, carver and sides
  • To-Gos, which includes: TG sides, carver and cashier& our Dining Room 
Every team contributes to the overall guest experience, we encourage creativity and intentionality! Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • take and build orders, accurately and efficiently 
  • greet all guests with an upbeat, friendly attitude
  • offer menu descriptions and samples
  • complete cash and card transactions
  • accommodate all guest needs during their dining experience
  • ensure guest happiness and satisfaction
