Job Description
Top Hog BBQ - Jonesville is looking for an experienced Prep cook for our high volume scratch kitchen. We smoke all of our own meats and make all of our sides and sauces from scratch.  We take quality seriously and are looking for someone with strong multitasking skills and a passion for high quality food.
Job responsibilities:
  • Follow recipes to produce batches of sauces, sides, meats, etc.
  • Receive and check orders from vendors
  • Maintain a clean organized kitchen while upholding sanitation standards
  • Maintain labeling and food rotation standards
  • Multitasking - must be able to work multiple recipes at same time
  • Maintain HACCP forms for prep items that require HACCP documentation.
  • Train prep assistants as needed.
  • Assist Kitchen Manager as needed.
  • Monitor prep levels and assist KM by writing prep lists as needed.
Pay: $13-$17 /hr based on experience
