Based out of Central Florida, we are an award-winning family-oriented Smokehouse that continues to expand and grow. We specialize in 18-hour Smoked Angus Brisket and savory homemade southern style sides, with influences from barbecue all over the country.

Every position contributes to the overall guest experience, we encourage creativity and intentionality! We are looking for team members who ensure positive guest experiences as they work efficiently with guests. Our Front of House Team is made up of the following positions: To-Gos, Dining Room and the Front Line.

Some responsibilities include:
 

  • Take orders and great guests in an upbeat, friendly attitude
  • Help guests with your menu knowledge to give recommendations and communicating with the Line future orders coming their way
  • Maintaining cleanliness of all facilities, drink stations, tables and floors
  • Helping guests carry trays to their seats, refilling their drinks, overall keeping them satisfied throughout their dining experience
  • Use creativity and intentionality to create special moments for our guests
  • Assisting other team members in any prep work that needs to be completed
  • Handling cash/card transactions, as well as 3rd party vendors (DoorDash, UberEats,etc)
  • Uphold 4R standards, values and dress code

Embedded in our values of integrity and exceptionality, we place importance on the quality of food and staying true to the recipes. Our Back of House positions include: Hot/Cold Prep, Smoker, Baker, Middle Man, Sandwich/Fry and Dish/Utility.

The responsibilities for the positions, that include but are not limited to:
 

  • Prepare items on prep list to recipe
  • Assist other team members with any prep/cleaning
  • Communicate with the FOH on food levels/completion
  • Prepare all food/products to 4R Quality for guests
  • Cook with passion and stay true to the 4R Recipes
  • Washes and organizes dishes
  • Performs scheduled cleanings throughout the kitchen, dining room, and patio areas
  • Assists other BOH positions by performing various tasks such as wrapping brisket, preparing cold prep items, monitoring trash levels, etc.
  • Assists BOH with all needs during peak, busy hours
  • Performs Smoker, Baker, Hot Prep, and Cold Prep responsibilities as needed
  • Help organize and put away inventory, dry goods and fresh foods
