Salary: $16 -$18/hr
Schedule: Mon – Fri, 7am – 5:30pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist Managers
- Work in coordination with the Sr. Project Manager to establish inventory levels and ensures levels are maintained and are secured
- Manage work orders to assure they are correct, fully completed and that all parts have been allocated to the job correctly
- Develop, maintain and reconcile computerized inventory; ensuring parts/supplies are properly charged to shop work orders
- Develop, maintain and reconcile electronically generated information regarding health, maintenance, and any other mechanical related issues on all heavy equipment
- Work along with Managers updating all jobsites related information both electronically and on paper, seeking to improve communication of past, current or future projects
- Place copies of parts/repair invoices in the appropriate truck or trailer file required by DOT
- Record electronically all repairs from paperwork orders, complementing with appropriate accounting records (Invoices, Warranty Docs, ETC)
- Obtain travel, DOT oversize and/or out of state permits when needed
- Order fuel and coordinates with each job site to ensure supply
- Maintain a purchase order system for all inventory and audits monthly and ensure no purchases are made without a PO in place
- Track purchases to ensure timely receipt; matches the purchase order to the packing slip and then forwards to Office Controller
- Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as requested
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and enters invoice for payment
- Prepare vendor checks for mailing and prepare manual checks when required
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Other duties as assigned
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience in inventory control
- Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Quick Books experience highly preferred
