Administrative Assistant is responsible for all office operations of the Arts in Medicine program, including answering phone calls and being responsive to customers' questions. Schedules appointments and events related to program operations, and maintains program and staff calendars. Provides general program assistance and support for Shands Arts in Medicine administrative staff. Provides program communication in the form of e-mail, letters, reports and invoices. Creates and maintains filing systems. Manages account information and bookkeeping.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
High school graduate with a minimum of 6 months progressively responsible work experience in a related field.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Highly organized and works well in a dynamic team environment.
