Reports to administrative and marketing teams. Provides administrative support to the assistant vice president of marketing by coordinating calendars, marketing initiatives, budget expense reporting, project approvals and return on investment reporting. Assists marketing team by assisting with diverse projects that support marketing efforts, marketing plans and client relations. Provides administrative support by supporting office operations, including handling back-up coverage, maintaining collateral inventory, providing various project support and serving as a liaison between teams.
Job Opening Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
Three to five years of progressively responsible administrative experience required.
Experience must include progressive use of personal computer applications, MS Office email (Outlook), word processing (Word), spreadsheet management (Excel) and presentation software (PowerPoint). AA degree in related field may be substituted for two years of experience with two years of additional experience preferred.
Must demonstrate excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
Must be flexible and able to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
Motor Vehicle Operator Designation:
Employees in this position will operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose as a "non-frequent driver."
NOTE: A frequent driver is defined as one who uses his/her personal or University of Florida Health automobile a) at least once daily, b) at least five individual trips per week or c) drives, on average, over 150 miles per week in the performance of his/her job.
