Responsible for multiple, diverse operational support services with emphasis on facility signage processes and fulfillment that meet state, ADA and UF Health standards. Enters, maintains and references data and archived information from various departmental systems to accomplish work. Determines monthly and quarterly billing costs for maintenance to off-site clinics or other departments according to the services rendered. Administers signage control for all facilities, ensuring that we are in compliance with all state, federal and ADA regulations.
Job Opening Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent required; undergraduate studies or degree preferred.
Minimum of two years of progressively responsible office/clerical/operational support experience, preferably in facilities administration.
Must demonstrate good computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Outlook, PeopleSoft and Adobe.
Strong customer service skills are required to interact with internal and external customers.
Must be able to work under moderate supervision.
The ability to read blueprints and knowledge of Grade II Braille is preferred.
Knowledge of state, ADA and UF Health sign standards is preferred.
