Infotech® Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Data Analyst/Consultant to join our Data Management team to acquire, process, and analyze data for litigation cases in areas such as antitrust, class action, breach of contract, and healthcare fraud.

What We Are Looking For
Infotech is seeking a highly experienced Data Analyst/Consultant to work alongside a world-class team of researchers, data experts, and expert witnesses. This position offers a unique combination of both data management work and hands-on analysis responsibilities. Through collaboration with our Case Development and Data Analysis teams, you will collect, review, standardize, analyze, and summarize client data. In addition, you will play a critical role in processing data and performing quality checks to ensure data integrity as well as summarizing findings for reporting purposes. As a member of the Data Management team, you will perform the preliminary analysis on large, complex datasets. With direct access to our team of experts, your work directly impacts the quality and reliability of our products.
Typical Duties Include:
Processing data from large datasets through advanced use of tools such as SAS and Stata.
Performing preliminary analysis of data to ensure relevance, including preliminary modelling and removing bad or irrelevant data.
Collaborating closely with Case Development and Data Analysis departments to obtain clarifying information about the data.
Summarizing findings and generating questions to aid in the production of reports.
Bachelor’s Degree in statistics, economics, mathematics, decision information systems or related field and 4 years relevant experience; or Master’s Degree in related field and 2 years relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
6-8 years’ experience in data management.
Masters or PhD in Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, or Big Data Analytics.
Litigation support experience is a plus, but not required.
Data analytics experience in areas such as, but not limited to, antitrust, class action, breach of contract, labor disputes, and healthcare fraud.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Deep, current knowledge of statistical theory and its application.
Experience defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, performing analyses, drawing valid conclusions, and presenting results in written and oral form.
Extensive experience with SAS and/or Stata and demonstrated ability to learn and use new software as needed.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Collaboration and communication tools: Gmail, Microsoft OneDrive, Google Drive, Slack, WebEx, and Zoom.
