Sales Development Representative - SharpSpring Ads

Job Description
SharpSpring is looking for people who like working in small teams and are excited about being part of a fast-growing organization! SharpSpring Ads is searching for skilled and energetic Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support our new Sales Acquisition Team under our SharpSpring Ads department. As a SharpSpring Ads SDR, you are responsible for moving leads from prospect to demo attendance while providing knowledgeable, clear, and convincing communication. You will serve as a key role in helping us reach and exceed our sales targets.

    • Outbound calling and emailing to identify, nurture, and transform marketing-qualified leads into sales-ready leads, while using SharpSpring Ads' CRM to track lead activity
    • Overcoming objections and pitching prospective clients on the value of adding SharpSpring Ads to their business
    • Creating interactive videos to personalize your outreach with prospective clients 
    • Analyzing and reporting on the success of efforts to turn marketing-qualified leads into opportunities
    • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of potential clients for effective follow-ups 
    • Scheduling and partaking in callbacks to assess and understand the prospective client’s needs/desires, discuss their Digital Advertising needs and educate them on SharpSpring Ads
    • Working with your manager and your teammates to strategize and implement action plans

    • You communicate effectively to a variety of audiences, in both written and oral forms. 
    • You are well-organized yet remain adaptable to adjust with the needs of the team. 
    • You are goal-oriented and strive to meet and exceed your sales goals. 
    • You are familiar and comfortable with digital advertising and marketing automation software.
    • You adapt quickly and are successful in a fast-paced environment.
    • You understand the dynamics of teamwork and play an active role on any team that you are on.
    • You are a natural brand ambassador and draw people in with the way that you communicate and complete your work. 
    • Major plus! You have more than two years of cold-calling and/or B2B sales experience, SAAS selling experience, Digital Ad Tech experience or you have a Bachelor’s in business administration, marketing, or related field.
