Senior Account Executive Job Description:
Feathr is one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in Gainesville, with over 1500 international clients (majority are based in London, NYC, and DC). Our people are what make the difference. We’re looking for a unique individual who will dive right in and use their ingenuity to engage executives across association, non-profit and banking industries.
As an Account Executive at Feathr, you’ll be selling a unique digital marketing solution to a targeted customer base in the Banking/Association/Non-Profit industry. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and closing good-fit prospects with support from our Sales Development Team (love those folks!). Our sales cycle is typically 1 to 2 months and our average sale is $9,100 for an annual license, with the largest customers over $100K/year.
Like many B2B SaaS companies, we largely follow the sales model outlined in the book Predictable Revenue. So, you don’t go at this alone! We have a dedicated team of SDRs focused on prospecting, outbound, and account qualification, all supported by our marketing efforts, with the goal of setting up exploratory calls for the Account Executives. Each AE is expected to do their own outbound calls/emails to build their pipeline.

Educate qualified prospects on the value of Feathr’s product
Run daily product demos via screen-share as well as in-person, to a variety of job titles ranging from Marketing Coordinator to CMO
Remain in frequent contact with your clients and understand their needs
Manage complete sales cycle from prospecting, demos, crafting proposals, negotiating the close
Consultative sales approach: Consist of Discovery, Demonstrations, Proposals and Contract Negotiation.
And of course, exceeding sales goals and quotas
4+ years of successful quota-carrying digital sales experience or equivalent
Proven sales experience in a SaaS, B2B, digital, banking or non-profit services
Self-motivated + relentless commitment to success
Knows how to balance healthy competition with teamwork
Exceptional consultative selling and closing skills
Coachable, motivated, collaborative
Great organizational, communication, and follow up skills
Digital marketing/advertising competency is great but we could live without it
On target earnings range from $90k-$175k with base salary + uncapped commission based on your experience level & performance. This position, though currently remote, will be based full-time in Gainesville, FL sometime starting in 2021.
