Who We Are Looking For

As a Senior Solutions Engineer on our Hosting Services team, you will recommend and deliver solutions for a wide variety of customer needs, as well as for internal departments. With a broad range of technical skills, you will provide assistance with application installations, upgrades, configurations, and data migrations for implementation projects and development, testing and support environments. You will also develop integrations and utilities for a C# .NET framework web based environment. As a member of the hosting services team your primary focus will be building and maintaining environments using Amazon Web Services to bridge the gap between customer-installed software and software as a service.

You must have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field and 2+ years’ relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.   

We’d like you to have:

  • 4+ years past-experience in a relevant position requiring technical troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Extensive Windows Server administration (IIS management and PowerShell skills are especially valuable)
  • Cloud platform experience: AWS (preferred), Azure, Google Cloud
  • Database platform experience: Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server
  • Firm grasp of APIs

Other Requirements

Flexibility for travel to client sites up to 20% required. Availability to perform after-hours system maintenance and on-call troubleshooting when needed.  

Where You’d Work

This position is open to fully remote candidates. Preference may be given to candidates able to accommodate a hybrid remote work arrangement out of our Gainesville headquarters. Employees must be located in the U.S.
