NCCER is looking for a highly motivated Campaign Development Manager. This position will work with the marketing team on developing campaigns for a recruitment tool currently in development. Responsibilities include a variety of marketing strategies from driving user acquisition and developing fundraising campaigns to researching industry trends and preparing metrics reports. 

Core responsibilities include managing the recruitment tool marketing strategy, developing fundraising and investor campaigns, tracking user progression and providing support for related inquiries.

This individual should be a multi-tasker who enjoys all aspects of campaign development, from brainstorming high-level ideas to checking items off their to-do list. Someone who wants to market an emerging product for a nationwide organization will have the opportunity to do so in this role.


Major Duties: 

  • Research, develop and execute user recruitment and engagement strategies aligned with initiative goals 
  • Drive user acquisition through performance marketing activity on major digital platforms including social, paid search and display
  • Manage communications content design and dissemination, including print and digital collateral, social media and website(s) to ensure messaging aligns with mission and goals 
  • Collaborate with in-house graphic designer and senior marketing manager to provide art direction as needed for promotional materials
  • Manage recruitment tool performance
  • Analyze website metrics to optimize performance
  • Develop and manage recruitment investor and fundraising campaign development
  • Measure, analyze, forecast and report campaign performance
  • Track user progression through the recruitment tool
  • Oversee the case management dashboard
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for recruitment tool inquiries 
  • Assist partners in accessing the recruitment tool, posting jobs and managing cases

  • Thorough understanding of the customer journey and campaign life cycle
  • Must be dependable in attendance and performance
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field required
  • Minimum three years of experience in related field
  • Recruitment, lead generation and/or account management experience preferred

Software Skills: 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook 
  • Effective knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook/Instagram/Twitter 
  • Effective knowledge of web analytics, Google Ads and SEM 
  • Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) preferred 
  • Website content management and/or html knowledge preferred
