Audi Gainesville's 1st Annual Oktoberfest
Name:
Audi Gainesville's 1st Annual Oktoberfest
Date:
September 30, 2017
Time:
10:00 AM - 6:00 PM EDT
Event Description:
Audi Gainesville is hosting its first annual authentic German Oktoberfest on Saturday, September 30, 2017. We welcome Gator fans and customers from Gainesville, Ocala and surrounding areas to join us and tailgate "Heckklappensitzen" before and after the game!
Luke and Brandon from The Swamp Head Brewery have offered to brew a new beer named Oktoberfest. We are proud to announce that all proceeds from the Oktoberfest event will be given to our friends at The Ronald McDonald House. When Audi says ‘Authentic’, they mean it. They are flying in a 4 man band direct from Munich Germany. They will also have beer brats and chicken prepared for the grill using traditional German Oktoberfest Spices. Additionally, the German potato salad and pretzels will be made fresh with organic ingredients by Juergen Klumb, owner of the Yalaha German bakery in Yalaha, Florida.
This event will be the benchmark for all Oktoberfests throughout the state of Florida. We have included a bounce house for the children and a human foosball game for adults. All this while the Gators football game is streaming on our large outdoor projection screen. For those that have game tickets, we will provide free parking and shuttle service to and from the game and of course they are more than welcome to tailgate with us before and after the game.
