Event Description:
Fall is the perfect time to begin a run/walk or a walking program. Join Gainesville Galloway as we begin a new training cycle geared towards winter running and walking events. We will begin with instruction and demonstration of both the run/walk as well as brisk walk/walk intervals. Then everyone will do a short, easy workout that will demonstrate how much fun the Galloway approach can be. Open to runners and walkers of all levels and experience.
Location:
Publix at Haile parking lot (2755 SW 91st Street, Gainesville, FL 32608).
Please park on the west side near Bamboos Chinese Takout.
