Join us to celebrate the Grand Opening of The Primary Care Clinic at Meridian with a Ribbon Cutting Celebration.  The Primary Care Clinic will provide eligible meridian clients with the ability to receive integrated mental health and primary health care - in a setting that understands their unique needs and ensures coordination of all health requirements.

The Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will commence at 3:30pm.
