Join Service Dogs for Patriots for their 4th Annual Pup Ruck 5K Run/Walk presented by the Institute of Veterinary Specialists! Bring your dog, family, friends and ruck sack to support Service Dogs for Patriots.
Win 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place prizes for your dog! Win 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place prizes for your kid! Prizes sponsored by Reliable Painting! Online entries cost the same as race day entries. The first 100 online entries receive a free Pup Ruck t-shirt! Order before March 13th to get the size you want! Sizes are limited to adult large, extra-large, and 2XL. If shirts are still available on race day, they're given out on a first come, first served basis. All shirts are a 50/50 blend. For an additional $5, customize your Pup Ruck t-shirt in honor of a loved one! A one-mile fun walk is available for the couch potatoes, both human and canine.
Service Dogs for Patriots is is the only service dog training organization in North Central Florida that pairs a rescued dog with a veteran battling PTSD and trains them together as a team from start to finish. Their services are completely free of charge to veterans and their families. They’re able to offer free service dog training to veterans with PTSD thanks to generous donations from individuals and businesses that support their program with financial and in-kind donations.
