What You Didn't Learn in the Classroom: Recruiting and Retaining a Great Team with Employee Benefits
About the Presentation
Since 1995, MBA TPA has been creating Employee Benefits & Healthcare Administration committed to your health, your company, and your strategic plan. In 2021, It's not enough to provide your employees an opportunity to fulfill their career path or create a culture of work for the greater good. Every company needs an affordable and effective employee benefits plan to attract and retain great employees. Don't let the lack of quality benefits be the reason for an employee to move on. Let us build a plan that fits your culture and budget while ensuring employee dedication to your business.
Through this presentation, attendees will experience how to:
- Enhance their talent acquisition efforts resulting in maximizing attraction and retention of great employees
- Implement relevant strategies and techniques that were absent from the classroom, nor taught in the School of Hard Knocks.
- Eliminate the sophisticated confusion often times encountered when a small business owner asks about employee benefits
Given the subject matter and impact on your business, we recognize that no question is irrelevant. While we encourage you to submit your questions live during the presentation,
we respect confidentiality and privacy. All private inquiries should be directed to
