This key leadership position oversees clinical, operational, and strategic functions across Access and Emergency Services. The Director ensures high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

• Lead daily inpatient and central receiving operations, including admissions, treatment, and discharge
• Supervise, develop, and support clinical staff
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
• Drive quality improvement and performance outcomes using data and KPIs
• Manage staffing, workflows, and participate in on-call leadership rotation

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health or healthcare-related field
• Active Florida license (RN, LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent) preferred
• 3+ years of leadership experience in behavioral health
• Experience in inpatient, crisis, or acute care settings required
