I left my chosen career as a Licensed Psychologist due to undiagnosed autoimmune disease. It was just too hard to sustain the work. I made an unexpected pivot into B2B advertising sales (not the best choice for someone trying to heal, ha!), and loved it, and did very well. From there I was recruited to a sales coaching position. My covid epiphany, however, since I'd long since figured out my health issues and how to thrive, was that I really belonged in a helping profession.

As a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Professional Food Addiction Coach, I can work with clients on just about any aspect of their well-being they'd like to change. Two areas of specialty, however, are overcoming emotional eating and improving work-life balance.
