Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
As an Intake Specialist at The Miller Elder Law Firm, your responsibilities may include:
Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and meetings with our clients.
- Receive visitors, answer phones, schedule meetings and perform general secretarial duties.
- Answering a multi-line phone system
- Conducting intake calls from potential clients.
- Scheduling appointments for attorneys
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay organized and focused on details.
- Willingness to take direction from attorneys and staff, and complete tasks in a timely manner, when requested.
- Time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word

Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of prior experience.
- $16-$20 hourly commensurate with experience; Advancement opportunities available!
