Family Resource Center Manager
We are seeking a seasoned manager to join our team as the SWAG Family Resource Center Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing community prevention programs, overseeing staff and volunteers, and engaging community members effectively. This role is vital in ensuring the success and smooth operation of our Family Resource Center. The SWAG Family Resource Center Manager will report directly to the Director of Resource Centers.
Some Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Family Resource Center, including staff and volunteer management.
- Develop and implement strategies to engage community members and encourage volunteer participation.
- Foster an inclusive, enthusiastic, and welcoming environment for all center visitors.
- Collaborate with other Family Resource Centers to enhance and streamline systems of care.
- Maintain professional boundaries while providing high-quality assistance to those in need.
- Manage resources and programs to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services, making improvements as needed.
- Coordinate with community partners and stakeholders to expand and enhance service offerings.

Salary Range: $59,462.31 to $62,000.00 annually

Minimum Qualifications:
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Public/Business Administration, or related field or equivalent; Master’s degree in the like preferred; and
- Three (3) years of relevant experience in child welfare, mental health, project management and/or community collaboration, to include one (1) year in a supervisory capacity; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Special Qualifications:
Possession of a valid, State of Florida driver’s license to operate the motor vehicle operated. Requirement exists at the time of hire and as a condition of continued employment.
