Formed in 2013 the Alachua County Health Promotion and wellness coalition, is a 501c3, nonprofit organization that works to prevent substance abuse, enhance wellness, and provide education to improve the quality of life in our community. We accomplish these goals by raising awareness, through our growing partnerships and with activities that improve health in Alachua County.
