The Gainesville Office of Bogin, Munns & Munns, P.A. is thrilled to welcome our newest attorney, Austin R. Claiborne, Esq. to the team.

Austin graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and also holds a B.A. in Criminology. Throughout his time in law school, he practiced law through the Certified Legal Intern (CLI) program under Chapter 11 – Rules Governing the Law School Practice Program of the Rules Regulating the Florida Bar. As a CLI for the Eighth Judicial Circuit of Florida Office of the Public Defender, he represented criminal defendants through the life of their case, including going to trial and advocating in various court appearances. Now, as an attorney, he practices Criminal Defense, Family Law, Landlord/Tenant, Lemon Law and Civil Litigation. Austin’s biggest strength is his tenacity and desire to fight for a just cause.

Outside of work, Austin enjoys spending time with his family outdoors, playing pick-up basketball, attempting to golf, supporting the Dallas Cowboys and all Florida Gators sports.
