Gainesville, Jacksonville, Ocala, FL, November 15, 2019– CHW, a leading planning, design, surveying, engineering, landscape architecture, and construction services firm, is excited to welcome David Morin, PE as Senior Project Manager to our Engineering team.  As Senior Project Manager, David will utilize his experience and management skills to further expand CHW’s capabilities and engineering services in Gainesville, Jacksonville, and Ocala. David brings 30 years’ experience in civil engineering and has worked on an extensive array of development, transportation, and surface water management design, permitting, and construction projects throughout Florida.  He is a US Air Force Veteran and a graduate of the University of Florida. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with private and public agencies and will be an instrumental component to our Civil Engineering team.
