The Residence Inn by Marriott Gainesville I-75 is in the final stages of preparation for a hotel-wide renovation. Set to start in the early months of summer, RI Gainesville will be making changes to all guest common areas. Each guest suite, featuring a full kitchen designed for extended lengths of stay, will be updated as well. The property will remain open during renovation, sectioning off groups of rooms to be remodeled in phases. As rooms will be limited during this time, anyone seeking to make reservations for room blocks or meeting spaces is encouraged to do so as early as possible.
