Wyndham hotels and resorts and La Quinta by Wyndham are partnering with Next Bite, Everybody Eats, and Alto-Shaam to launch a ghost kitchen at the La Quinta in Gainesville.

Next Bite and Everybody Eats will provide a platform whereas consumers and guests can order food for in-room dining and off-site delivery.

The food can be ordered and delivered off-site utilizing Door Dash, Grub Hub, and Uber Eats.

Alto-Shaam specifically designed a converge oven specifically for this operation that will be utilized at the La Quinta.

We will be selling three brands: Huevorito which will be sold from 7am through 11am during breakfast hours, and Toma (by Sofia Vergara) and Firebelly Wings will be sold from 4pm through 11pm during dinner hours.

Off-premise consumers can order items on the delivery applications, and in-room guests can order directly from a QR code placed in their rooms.

The La Quinta is in the process of obtaining our beer and wine license. Once the license is approved, we will be adding beer and wine as items that can be ordered as well.

Training will begin at the La Quinta on Tuesday and Wednesday of this upcoming week, and we have the launch date scheduled for this upcoming Thursday.

If this is a successful operation, it is possible that we can expect to see this same program established within multiple La Quinta by Wyndham hotels throughout the state of Florida.
