Event Description:
For 17 years, Souper Fun Sunday has been Gainesville’s premier soup tasting competition. This year’s event will be held on Sunday, February 4, 2024, from 1:00pm to 3:00pm in the beautiful Saint Francis Academy Gymnasium.
This delicious event will feature soups from nearly 30 local restaurants and caterers. Local celebrity judges will determine the Judges Choice winners in the Seafood, Non-Seafood and Vegetarian categories. The almost 600 people in attendance will cast their vote in each category to determine the People’s Choice winners as well as Best Table Display.
Since the very first Souper Fun Sunday, 17 years ago, we have brought together thousands of community members and local chefs to create a unique environment where exposure for our soup participants is unmatched.
