The Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce announces its partnership with Dale Carnegie Training of North Florida and will begin a “Business Seminar Series” on Thursday, May 8, with a focus on “How Smart Leaders Create Engaged Employees.” A continental breakfast will be provided and the fee to attend is $15. Seating is limited so please register early to ensure a spot.

The Gainesville Chamber’s Business Seminar Series will feature four different business components, each presented by Dale Carnegie Training. The first seminar will focus on how business owners can increase their leadership effectiveness to improve team performance. Based on new, groundbreaking research, this seminar will show you the three clusters of behaviors that most significantly impact employee engagement. These clusters will then be broken down to individual specific actions that the business owner can take to develop enthusiastic, empowered and confident employees who care and want to drive your organization to the top.
