Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is necessary that we cancel today's event.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We will work with the City of Gainesville Police staff to reschedule this event and will notify you when a new date and time have been secured.



Ever wondered just what to do when a person near your business appears to need help or is loitering or interrupting your business? If so, this event is for you. Join the Chamber, Asst. Police Chief Lonnie Scott and several of the GPD sergeants and lieutenants who are now providing dedicated coverage for every area in the City of Gainesville. You will have the opportunity to meet your local assigned police contacts, ask them questions and receive their individual cell phone numbers should you need their help in the future.  Attendance is free but you must register. You can do that

This event will be held on Zoom. All who register will receive a meeting link closer to the time of the event.
