Julieanne is responsible for running client engagements, directing Crosslinear associates during assignments, and creating, bettering, and implementing processes at Crosslinear HQ.

Her method in working with clients is to ask questions to uncover what works, what doesn't, and what can be improved. She especially enjoys working on issues relating to compensation plans, goal and bonus structures, workplace culture, training programs, strategic planning, and employee retention.

When she is not creating, problem solving, training, or consulting, she is most certainly working on propelling the Crosslinear culture of good feels, livin' life, honour (with a U - because it requires action on your part) and smaction (smart action, done right - done now).
