Our next cooking class is here! Join us to create:
* Nems: Crispy spring rolls with vegetables, noodles, and fresh herbs.
* Thiebou Yapp: Senegalese rice and red lamb with vegetable sauce (veggie option available).
We’ll cook together in big pots, just like back home, and enjoy Flavorful juices: sorrel and ginger.
When: Saturday, February 8th, 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM. After cooking, we’ll have a convivial tasting and interactive exchange, with options for individual or communal plates on floor mats.
Where: Working Food Community Center, 219 NW 10th Avenue, Gainesville, FL 32605.
Price: $85 (all-inclusive). We provide all ingredients, spices, to-go boxes, and a special gift for your next catering order. Recipes and tips will be sent after the class.
