United Way of North Central Florida's Emerging Leaders United (ELU) presents the second annual Rock, Paper, Scissors Tournament featuring special guest, Storm Roberts, music by Legacy Events and food trucks!

Proceeds benefit financial literacy programs funded through United Way of North Central Florida's Community Investment Fund.
