Worthmann Construction, a local roofing, and exterior home improvement company, have announced a celebration event for their 3rd Annual Free Roof Giveaway winner. Starting in 2019, Worthmann’s Free Roof Giveaway was created to thank the local community for their support and business. This giveaway is aimed at helping an in-need member of the surrounding area with replacing their roof, a project and cost some can’t undertake despite their extreme need. To celebrate this year’s winner, Sara Hannah, a local resident and mother; Worthmann is hosting a celebration event for local community members, officials, and press members featuring the presentation of the free roof, food, and much more.
Of this year’s Giveaway celebration, Worthmann’s Director of Business Development said, “This is a wonderful way to echo our thanks to the community and amplifies my favorite Worthmann event. When we started this giveaway three years ago, we had no idea how deeply this would impact the residents surrounding our business and how far entries would reach. It makes me proud to be part of a business that cares so much about the locality it came from.”
This year, the City of High Springs is co-sponsoring the giveaway with city officials and county commissioners local to the area planning to be in attendance. This is the first year a municipality has joined in the goodwill and Worthmann is excited for a continued partnership with city in which its corporate office as well as many of its staff resides.
