Join the Greater Gainesville Young Professionals for our next STRIVE event!
This month, we will be volunteering for the Leadership Gainesville Alumni Association 5K that will be hosted on March 12th from 5pm-6:30pm at Ironwood. 
Leadership Gainesville Alumni Association works toward the focused goal of improving the quality of life of our members and our community. They do this through leadership development, collaboration and active community involvement. They are made up of members that went through the Greater Gainesville Chamber's Leadership Gainesville course. Each year, they host a 5K in order to benefit LGAA's scholarship and grant program. Donations are given to charities depending on the winners of the team challenges.

So, whether you would like to help us volunteer to execute a great event, to organize a team to win money for your favorite franchise or to participate in the 5k as a runner/walker, this will be a great event to support!
Food, beer, music and fun will occur after the 5K!

Volunteer opportunities are in shifts:
3pm-5pm Helping with set up and registration
4:30pm-6pm Race Minders
5:45pm-7pm Race Minders, Race Course Clean up and General Clean Up
