The Hippodrome Theater is proud to announce our partnership with Peaceful Paths and The River Phoenix Center for Peacebuilding in educating the Gainesville youth about what healthy relationships look like. These two organizations promote learning healthy behaviors at a young age and help individuals and children get out of unsafe or abusive living conditions. This 90 minute seminar will be held on November 15th and will have meaningful discussions and activities such as educational workshops and improvisation exhibiting the negative effects of abuse. Together, we hope to inform young people (recommended age 11-17) on how best to avoid unhealthy relationships and to nurture and maintain healthy ones in their present and future.
