Join us as we celebrate the re-opening of La Fiesta Mexican Restaurant!
La Fiesta has been a Gainesville favorite since Jesse & Guadalupe Castro opened their doors in 1989.
In December 2023, much to the dismay of Greater Gainesville, they announced they would be closing their doors for good.
Less than a month later, their children, David & Amanda Castro, found support from a family member and announced that La Fiesta would live on! David & Amanda are excited to offer a fresh and invigorating atmosphere that reflects the vibrant spirit of Gainesville, creating a space where patrons can savor not just delicious cuisine, but an immersive dining experience. While much of the La Fiesta that everyone knows & loves will remain, this new generation is ready to offer a new La Fiesta!
Join us for drinks, tastings, music, mingling & more! The ribbon cutting ceremony will commence at 5pm and be immediately followed by the Latin Business Chapter Meeting. We invite you to stick around to enjoy both events!
