Adam Weems of TRCG Advisors, LLC will present on the Research and Development Tax Credit, which has seen several significant enhancements recently.  Under the new law, the R&D Credit is now much more beneficial to start-up and early stage companies.  The new law will allow a wider range of maturing companies to take advantage of the Credit as well.  

During the presentation, Adam will explain activities and industries that typically qualify for the Credit, as well as how qualifying costs are identified.  He will also discuss ways how the Credit may be leveraged by companies seeking investors and funding.
