The Value Place is a four-story property which includes fully furnished, studio style rooms with full kitchens. Value Place caters to visiting nurses, contractors, sales representatives and families who are relocating and are in transition. Value Place delivers on an innovative housing concept that exceeds the expectations of an underserved market segment and maximizes value and peace of mind, one weekly stay at a time. The event will include the dedication of the flag pole to our Veterans, the Gainesville Composite Squadron Color Guard bringing forth our national flag and presenting the colors, a tour of the hotel and a light lunch to follow.
