Following the ribbon cutting at New Horizon Learning Center of Gainesville, The Salon Professional Academy will have a ribbon cutting event from 5:15-7 p.m. The Salon Professional Academy is a privately owned and operated state-of-the-art salon training center featuring quality salon and spa services.
