Founded in Austin, Texas in 1982, Chuy's is known throughout Texas and the Southeast for its fresh, affordable Tex-Mex and funky, unique atmosphere. Don't miss this fun event featuring the Chuy's Nacho Car (with free chips, salsa, queso, ground beef, etc.) and a special presentation to the Education foundation of Alachua County. Ribbon will be cut promptly at 4:15 p.m.
