The Woman's Place is a monthly meeting sponsored by the University of Florida and Magic Communications, to give women quick and easy access to each other, tools, resources, and the opportunities that enable them to grow personally and professionally and develop skills to model excellence in everything they do.

The first program, at St. Leo University, is titled Slay, Sizzle & Soar and is designed to help women create and exude confidence (getting rid, once and for all, of the pervasive Imposter Syndrome). The Woman's Place will offer on-going programs, a mentor/mentee program and opportunities to serve within the community. As author Olivia Cabane shared in her book on creating charisma, each person needs to stand like a gorilla, stare like a lover and speak like a preacher (confident, warm and powerful) in order to be her best in today’s competitive market.
