Established in 1978, VITAS Healthcare is a pioneer and leader in the American hospice movement. VITAS professionals care for terminally ill patients in the patient’s homes, in the company’s inpatient hospice units, as well as in hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living communities/residential care facilities for the elderly. They are excited for care for individuals in the beautiful suites at The Plaza.
