Grant Support Specialist
Temporary - long term

Schedule: FT, M-F 8am - 4:30pm
Salary: $20-25/hr DOE

Responsibilities:
- Research and identify available grants
- Prepare and submit comprehensive and compelling grant applications
- Monitor grant income and expenditures
- Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports
- Stay up to date on grants regulations and policies
- Maintain grant database
- Collaborate with team to gather information needed for grants
- Provide advice and guidance on grant related matters
- Additional duties as needed
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail highly preferred
Education:
Associate
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Related work experience and/or a combination of completed education equal to 6 years is required
- Knowledge of grant application processes and regulations
- Excellent research, writing, and project management skills
- Proficiency in using Excel, databases, financial management and project management software
- Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
