CNC Machinist

Spherion Gainesville, FL is seeking a CNC Machinist for a client manufacturing implants and instruments. Introductory level, but the ability to read blueprints is required. Let’s get to work!

Temp-to-Hire

Location: Gainesville, FL
Schedule: 4x10 hour days/week. Choose your shift:
1st Shift 5:30 am - 3:30 pm at $21/hr.
2nd Shift 3:30 pm - 1:30 am at $23.10/hr.
Mandatory Overtime

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines (minimal assistance).
• Follow written work instructions..
• Adjust offsets for dimensional integrity.
• Inspect your own work (minimal assistance).
• Meet production/quality standards.
• Accurately document results.
• Comply with GMP, SOPs, safety policies, and Quality System standards.
• Report process deviations.
• Support team/sales as needed.
• Requirements
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Strong math skills.
• Proficient with basic inspection tools (calipers, mics, etc.).
• Some manufacturing experience.
