Temp to Hire

Location: Gainesville, FL
Schedule: 4x10 hour days/week. Choose your shift:
1st shift 5:30 am - 3:30 pm at $19/hr
2nd shift 3:30 pm - 1:30 am at $20.90/hr 
*Mandatory Overtime

Responsibilities

• Finish plastic/metal products: deburring, cleaning, passivation, masking, blasting, and mass finishing.

Focus on Level 1 products.

• Meet production and quality standards.
• Comply with FDA, ISO, and all regulatory requirements.
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Work Instructions.
• Adhere to departmental SOPs; report process deviations.
• Understand and comply with all safety policies.
• Apply Quality System and appropriate Federal/International standards.
• Support team members and sales personnel.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Skills

• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Basic inspection ability.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
