ARE U Motivated offers a supportive, one-hour discussion experience designed to help teens and guardians build healthier communication, stronger relationships, and practical life skills. We emphasize awareness, reflection, and repetition, helping teens and guardians understand that small, consistent changes can reinforce healthier habits over time. We work with groups of teens and guardians separately and together. We are guided by social-work principles and the science of neuroplasticity, emphasizing strengths, empathy, developmental awareness, and the belief that growth and change are always possible through reflection and practice.
