CAPT is a non-profit organization co-founded in 1975 by Dr. Mary McCaulley and Isabel Briggs Myers, the author of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® instrument. CAPT publications, assessments, and training workshops emphasize the positive benefits of personality diversity and development, and support understanding, insight, and growth for thousands of people and organizations throughout the world.

CAPT offers MBTI Certification training throughout the USA and once a month at our headquarters in Gainesville, where we are able to offer an early registration discount. Register at least 30 days in advance for a Gainesville program and save up to $300.

CAPT also publishes the MMTIC® Type Indicator for Children, which gives kids, educators, consultants, counselors, and parents valuable insights into how young people learn, make decisions, and engage in healthy social interactions.
